Founders
Collingham’s joint founders were Nicholas Browne BA Clifton College and Jesus College, Cambridge and the late Dr. John Marsden. Nicholas Browne was formerly a councillor for Hammersmith & Fulham (1978 – 1986). Dr Marsden was educated at the Sorbonne and Bonn university, he was a former House Master at Eton College. For his service in the Second World War, he was mentioned in despatches and awarded the French Croix de Guerre and the American Bronze Star.
