Founded in 1975, Collingham is an independent, co-educational College that runs from year 9 through to Sixth Form. On average 85% of our students achieved places at their first choice universities. Our students regularly go to the top UK universities, including Oxford, Cambridge, UCL, LSE, Kings College & Durham. National Theatre trip Sept 2024

The English Department started the term by taking the year 13 English students to see “The Grapes of Wrath” at the National. The students enjoyed the production and felt that seeing it on stage gave an added dimension to their understanding of the text. The cast:

Geography trip to Seaford Head March 2023

As part of the A level Geography specification students were taken to the iconic  Seaford Head on the Sussex coast. Here they looked at both coastal erosion and protection as well as costal landforms, including cliff and beach formation and salt marsh development.

Freud Museum Trip

Six sixth-formers and myself, all with some knowledge of Freud, went to the Freud museum in Hampstead on the Thursday afternoon before half-term.
