Judy Marsden holds a BA in Psychology from Vanderbilt University. Her career spans banking, private equity, and philanthropy, where she founded and led a major corporate foundation dedicated to improving education and employability for young people.
Since 2020, she has been a Governor at The Oxford Academy, as Vice-Chair, Chair of the Resources Committee and Link Governor for Careers.
Judy is a member of the Steering Group for the Oxfordshire Local Enterprise Partnership, strengthening links between schools and employers.
