On 17th June Collingham students and staff threw themselves with gusto into supporting the St Mary the Boltons Church Fair, a new venture for us all. The students turned up heroically early on a Saturday morning in their Collingham t-shirts and set about helping to set up our Collingham stall.
They manned the bar-b-que with great enthusiasm despite the intense heat, sold Fairtrade jewellery from Ghana and helped dozens of small children turn themselves into Kings and Queens by making crowns.
The Fair was in support of several worthy causes, including Grenfell Tower, Compassion UK, Medicinema at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital and Sound Seekers.
A huge thanks to our wonderful student helpers.
