In September, our new A-Level students ventured off to Go Ape! in Battersea Park. Students tested their daring by making their way through the treetop obstacle course of bridges, platforms and zipwires.
More importantly the trip allowed our students to take time away from their classes to get to know one another, offering the opportunity to meet and befriend those outside their usual classes. We value our students’ personal development and social well-being highly, as well as their academic development. This activity, and a variety of other extra-curricular activities are run throughout the year at Collingham, in order to offer our students chances to explore topics and enjoy activities outside of their academic studies.
